HEALing Community Center offers primary care for children and adults, women's health services, behavioral health, health & wellness education,  acute and chronic disease management and dental services for pediatric and adult patients. 

Good Samaritan Health Centers of Gwinnett offers general medical, dental services, and some medical prescriptions on a pay scale for the poor and uninsured. 

Mercy Care offers help with housing opportunities, medical care, behavioral health and counseling for insurance access for those of us that are experiencing homelessness.

Grady Primary Care offers services for adults, children and the elderly. They offer care for colds, the flu, asthma, and allergies. Annual wellness exams, preventive screening (mammograms &colonoscopies) , immunizations. The also offer onsite outpatient procedures and school and sports physicals
